This Privacy Policy explains how the B Seedline Tournaments mobile application (the "App") handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information we collect
The App is designed to work without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
The content you create in the App — such as player names, tournament names, selected games, brackets, scores and Hall of Fame results — is stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers and we cannot access it.
Player names are whatever you choose to type. We recommend using nicknames or first names only.
2. How we use information
Data stored on your device is used only to provide the App's features: building brackets, seeding players, tracking scores and showing past champions.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-party services
If the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may collect information (for example crash reports or download statistics) according to their own privacy policies. Such data, when shared with us, is anonymous and aggregated and is used only to improve the App's stability.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove players or tournaments inside the App at any time. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of its data from your device.
6. Children's privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Because data is kept on the device, no personal information from children is transmitted to us.
7. Security
Your data is protected by the security features of your device's operating system. We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data.
